I'm so enjoying your tales of travel. You include things that are especially interesting to me, like how you feel about various sites and interactions and the logistics of tracking and carrying belongings. And your place descriptions are as good as pictures. I imagine it a little unreal to meet your Scottish relatives and be in the places of your ancestors. And your meeting with Dairmid Miller (did I get that right?), Neil's nephew, was so exciting and touching. I also admire your political restraint in conversation. Very sensitive of you, my dear.
